N.E.T. & Die, Inc. is a third generation family-owned and operated CNC machine shop located in Central New York just twenty minutes north of Syracuse in Fulton.  We provide custom, prototype, low volume production and repair machined products and services. We specialize in CNC Vertical and  Horizontal Milling with large part capabilities and CNC Turning with live tooling lathes.  With over 500 years of manufacturing experience, our team can provide you with unparalleled engineering support and machining expertise. Richard Shatrau

Richard Shatrau

Former President & CEO

Resident Genius

Richard has been a part of N.E.T. & Die, Inc. for over fifty years, leading the company as President and CEO for forty-five of those years. Richard’s insights and engineering capabilities make him an indispensable part of the team. In his spare time, Richard and his wife Sue love to travel and spend time with their children and grandchildren. Richard’s long term goals include golfing every day of the week and digging large holes with his backhoe.

Michelle Shatrau

President & CEO

Michelle is a native of Fulton, NY & graduated from Phoenix High School before going on to earn a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. She also holds a M.Eng in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and an M.S. in Management from RPI. Michelle has spent the last twenty five years in manufacturing including industries ranging from aerospace to hand tools to household appliances. She loves a challenge and her customer-centered mentality drives her to achieve improvements for herself and her team. Michelle joined N.E.T. and Die, Inc. as President in 2019 and is motivated by the exciting future she sees for the company. She has a teenage daughter, Cecilia, with whom she loves to travel. Michelle spends time giving back through fundraising for ALS and advocating awareness for machinists as a skilled trade!

Jared Selvage

Director of Operations

Jared is a Kentucky native who completed his undergraduate studies at Eastern Kentucky University before commissioning in the U.S. Marine Corps. After his tour of service concluded, Jared embarked on a career in operations management and continuous improvement leadership. He has over 10 years of experience in aerospace, medical device, electrical & electronics, and capital equipment manufacturing. He resides in Auburn, NY with his wife and four children. In his free time, Jared enjoys outdoor activities with his family, tackling the endless home improvement list for their old farm house, and exploring Central New York's craft breweries and wineries. Jared is also currently pursuing his MBA from SUNY Oswego.

Robert "Boog" Shatrau

Operations Supervisor

Boog is a lifelong resident of Fulton, NY and a graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School in Fulton. Through his 30 years with N.E.T. & Die, Inc. he has gained extensive knowledge of the production process from machining and programming to customer service and operations. Outside of work Boog enjoys basketball and can be found on the golf course most days during the summer. He values being an active member in his community athletics programs and volunteered as an assistant varsity basketball coach for 4 years.

Samantha Spataro

Controller

Samantha is a graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School in Fulton and graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Accounting from SUNY Oswego. She has experience in the public, private and governmental sectors of accounting. Samantha has been with N.E.T. & Die, Inc. for over six years.  Samantha resides in Parish, NY with her husband and two children and enjoys spending time with her family and her animals.

Patrick Poyneer

Supply Chain Lead

Patrick is a lifelong resident of Fulton, NY and a graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School in Fulton.Patrick has been with N.E.T. & Die for over 30 years. He has extensive knowledge of the order entry, shipping and receiving processes and was promoted to Supply Chain Lead in 2021. In his free time Patrick enjoys traveling with his wife, camping and hanging out in his new pub. He is an active member in his community and volunteers many hours for the City of Fulton.
